Experiment: E326 - Non-Intercepting Diagnostics for High Intensity Beams and Computer Control

Shift Start: 2021-06-26 16:00:00

Requested Beam Time (hours):3.5 Charge delivered in S20 (E10 electrons/bunch): Not Available

Total delivered+downtime+user off (hours):3.5

 Brief Summary:

The goal for this shift was to perform a preliminary checkout of the E326 dogleg magnetic and visible optics.
We were able to see edge radiation from both magnet edges and figure out which edge was which as well as bring the two edges together.
The information collected will be used to update and improve the experimental setup to increase photon count and potentially
see interference on the next shift.
